Ik wil graag een enkele lapper op de voorruit.
moet ik hiervoor een nieuwe ruitenwisser motor aanschaffen of is de bestaande aan te passen,en hoe gaat dit dan .iemand dit al eens gedaan.

Easy to convert your own wiper motor.

1 remove the old wiper and if you turn it upside down once it's off you will see a small piece of linkage that bolts to the wiper motor using a ten mm nut. This piece of linkage is pressed on to the main wiper linage. What you need to do is make the linkage 12mm longer and refit it this will increase the sweep.  You can get the the wiper to park where you want it by refitting the linkage back on the motor where you want it.Before refitting you will have to remove the near side half of the linkage. If you want a straight wiper arm use a big Merc one say e class 420 but you will have to grind the back of it so it fits on the WV wiper spindle.
